Escape to the gateway to the Canadian Rockies in style. The Penthouse features 6000 sq. ft. of fully furnished space including two master bedroom suites, a fully equipped luxury kitchen, a dining room, great room, media room, three guest bathrooms, a large office and boardroom space and two private roof top patios. A large well equipped exercise room is also available on the 2nd floor of the building.
The luxurious media room includes a fireplace, 70 inch LED television, blue ray disc player and speaker system.
Concerned about privacy? The Penthouse is accessible only by security card access and includes three secure underground parking stalls with direct elevator access.

Well Equipped
The Penthouse features a gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with top of the line Wolf and Subzero appliances. Appliances include a convection oven, gas grill, food warming drawer, chilling drawers, a trash compactor, and a garburator. The luxurious kitchen also comes with a gourmet cappuccino maker.
The kitchen’s second island includes a full bar fridge and bar sink perfect for wine tasting and entertaining guests.
Other great additions include a 46 inch LCD television and a third computer for your convenience.
Spacious
Just off the magnificent kitchen is a spacious great room and dining room. The dining room has seating for up to 22 people and includes a butler’s pantry with a full kitchen set-up. The kitchen set-up includes all of the dishes, silverware and glassware required to host over 20 visitors. The butlers pantry also includes a separate ice maker, fridge, gas stove, garburator, full sink and dishwasher.
Perfectly situated, the great room offers a sitting area for before and after dinner, ideal for entertaining guests. Beautifully furnished, the dining room and great room feature a fireplace and a multitude of artwork creating an elegant and classic feel.
Functional
Another great feature of The Penthouse is the large office space and boardroom. The boardroom includes sitting space for eight and fantastic views of the city and may be utilized for conferences and meetings. Catered meals may be ordered through the high end catering company on the first floor of the building.
This office includes a SMART board, video conferencing, wireless internet, a printer, fax and copier. There are also two individual computers, along with the third which is featured in the kitchen.
Elegant
The Penthouse includes two large bedrooms equipped with full ensuites. Both bedrooms feature beautiful hardwood flooring throughout, with heated tile flooring in each ensuite. In the master bedroom you will find a luxurious jetted tub with a double sided fireplace facing both the tub and main bedroom area. Both bedrooms also include towel warming drawers to help ensure the ultimate luxury experience. All rooms in The Penthouse come with electronic window shades, which are situated bedside in both bedroom suites.
There is also a laundry room between the two bedroom suites for easy accessibility.
Private
One of the most stunning features of The Penthouse is the magnificent views of the city of Calgary from every window.
The Penthouse’s two private roof top patios are facing both the north and south of the city giving visitors 360 degree view of the beautiful cityscape. The outdoor patios include over 350 sq. ft. of fully furnished space along with a tall table fire pit and large stainless steel barbecue.
Central
The Penthouse is centrally located in the downtown Calgary core within walking distance to the Scotia Bank Saddledome Arena, the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre, the world famous Calgary Stampede and a multitude of high end restaurants and shopping.
The building’s first floor conveniently houses a high end grocer, caterer, restaurant and wine bar, along with a Starbucks Coffee shop and bank. All of these amenities are accessible through the buildings +15. Underground parking is also available for guests.
