Billed by its developer as Calgary’s most luxurious multi-family development, The Concord will be two multi-storey buildings, set to rise in the Eau Claire district at the foot of the Peace Bridge.
The project is from Canada’s largest urban community developers, Concord Pacific, which has built more than 100 tower projects with dozens more in various stages of development across Canada and the United Kingdom.
The company was established in 1987 to purchase and develop the former Expo 86 lands on False Creek in downtown Vancouver.
The Concord will be Concord Pacific’s first project in Alberta and will be packed with high-end amenities, says Peter Webb, senior vice president of development for Concord Pacific.
